About the Founder and CEO
Zsanara Jones is the founder and CEO of the Ruth Jones Educational Enhancement Center and the daughter of Ruth Jones-Hairston.
As a dedicated teacher and principal, her mother, Ruth Jones-Hairston, focused not only on her students’ academic success but also on providing them with experiences and opportunities that deepened their learning, introduced them to their interests and talents, and ultimately guided them toward their purpose in life.
Ruth believed that exposing children to diverse experiences and opportunities could profoundly shape their mindset and future. Zsanara shares this belief. Through the Ruth Jones Educational Enhancement Center, a non-profit founded on the principles she and her mother hold dear, Zsanara strives to provide children with opportunities to explore, discover, and develop their unique gifts, empowering them to become who they were truly meant to be.

Our mission is to provide students with enriching experiences and opportunities that go beyond traditional learning, empowering them to explore their unique interests, uncover their natural gifts, and ultimately discover their true purpose in life. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where students can grow academically, personally, and socially, equipping them with the skills and insights they need to make meaningful contributions to their communities and the world. Through diverse programs and guidance, we aim to inspire a lifelong love of learning and a strong sense of self that will help each student thrive and achieve their full potential.
